New Security Logo for all regulated Companies by M.I.S.A.

The general public and the regulated companies in Mwali (Mohéli) are hereby informed that from February 1, 2010 shall enter into force the new Customer Protection Act 2009, stipulating that all regulated companies on their business premises and web pages are required to publish a M.I.S.A. security logo with the company licence number.

Companies that violate this law after February 1, 2010 can be fined up to 100,000 USD or face revocation of the license or both.

M.I.S.A. security logo is permitted to use by all companies that have a valid license issued by M.I.S.A. or local regulatory authorities. The logo consists of a license number and verification can be clicked upon to verify the validity of the license.

It has come to our attention that there is a fraudulent website claiming to be M.I.S.A with the domain name .org. We want to clarify that this website is fake and has no affiliation with M.I.S.A. Furthermore, M.I.S.A does not have any social media profiles, and any images of M.I.S.A certificates circulating on this domain and other sites are also fake.
It is important to note that M.I.S.A only receives payments from regulated agents, trust companies, and not from individuals. Additionally, individuals cannot open a company directly with M.I.S.A or open an account. The only official website for M.I.S.A is https://mwaliregistrar.com.
